To make high quality food, we believe we must start with high quality ingredients. Chowgirls uses locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, and opts for organic products whenever possible. Our ingredients, sourced from 50 main local farms and other purveyors, travel an average of 37.5 miles to get to our kitchen.
We’re proud of the personal relationships we've built with our vendors. We know we can trust them to supply us with the best ingredients. Sourcing regionally also allows us to support our local economy and reduce our carbon footprint!
